Zusammenfassung
Der Herstellungsprozeß von Membranoxygenatoren wird am Beispiel der CML-Produktion beschrieben. Herzstück ist die mikroporöse Polypropylenmembran mit Längsschlitzen von 0,2 x 0,02 Mikrometern. Die Herstellung umfasst Extrudierprozeß, Falten der Membran, Montage und umfangreiche Qualitätskontrollen. Alle Produktions- und Kontrollschritte werden dokumentiert.
